SciMiner is a dictionary- and rule-based biomedical literature mining and functional enrichment analysis tool developed by the Bioinformatics Program, University of Michgan, Ann Arbor.

SciMiner is freely available but this server may limit the number of documents per query from users outside of the University of Michigan.
